It all started with a simple, shared frustration: doing basic text tasks online had become unnecessarily complicated. Everything, from counting words to cleaning messy formatting or converting cases, was difficult. Users were forced to deal with slow, ad-filled, or bloated tools that made even the simplest tasks a chore.
As writers, developers, and everyday users ourselves, we knew there had to be a better way, a cleaner, faster, and more focused alternative.
That’s why we built Online Text Tools in 2024.
From word counters to text cleaners, we created a suite of browser-based tools designed to transform everyday tasks into quick, practical solutions. No sign-ups. No distractions. Just smart, easy-to-use tools that work instantly anytime, anywhere.
Because we believe productivity shouldn’t come with a price tag or a loading screen.
Online Text Tools didn’t start in a boardroom; it began with a shared irritation: “Why are simple text tasks so frustrating online?”
Umer Hayat, a digital problem solver, kept running into clunky editors and bloated tools that turned a five-second job into a five-minute struggle. Instead of settling, he aimed to build something better. With his tech-savvy background, he believed that digital tools should be fast and free.
Teaming up with Gregory Needle, a web developer with a passion for performance and clean code, they set out to build tools that respected users' time and didn’t track them in return.
Together at XLogic Solutions, with offices in North Carolina and Punjab, they crafted Online Text Tools in 2024 — a minimalist suite of browser-based tools that get out of the way and let your work shine.
Because at the end of the day, good tools shouldn’t make noise. They should make space.
